Refunds for Custom PC Orders
Each PC is built to order based on your submitted requirements. As such:
Before Build Begins:
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment if the build has not started. Contact us immediately to confirm status.After Build Has Started:
Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion, minus costs incurred (e.g., ordered components, labour, restocking fees).After Delivery:
Refunds are not available for fully built and delivered systems unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your PC or component arrives faulty, damaged, or develops a fault within your warranty period:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery
We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate
Evidence (photos/videos) or return of the item may be required
Change of Mind
Due to the custom nature of our service, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind after the build has started. Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We’ll confirm whether a build has started and advise on possible refund eligibility.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
