Refund Policy

Custom Built gaming PC - Aberdeen

Each PC is built to order based on your submitted requirements. As such:

  • Before Build Begins:
    You may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment if the build has not started. Contact us immediately to confirm status.

  • After Build Has Started:
    Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion, minus costs incurred (e.g., ordered components, labour, restocking fees).

  • After Delivery:
    Refunds are not available for fully built and delivered systems unless the product is faulty or not as described.

If your PC or component arrives faulty, damaged, or develops a fault within your warranty period:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate

  • Evidence (photos/videos) or return of the item may be required

Due to the custom nature of our service, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind after the build has started. Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We’ll confirm whether a build has started and advise on possible refund eligibility.

Please email us at admin@slatertechservices.co.uk with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for refund

  • Photos or video (if product is faulty/damaged)

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
