Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the STS Custom Builds website and the purchase of products or services from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

About Us

STS Custom Builds is a custom PC builder based in the UK. We offer bespoke desktop systems tailored to each customer’s specifications.

Orders

  • All orders are custom-built to your submitted specifications.

  • Once an order is placed and payment is received, we begin sourcing components and building your system.

  • Order cancellations may be subject to restocking fees if components have already been ordered (see Refund Policy).

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is required as a 50% deposit before any work begins and paid in full before delivery.

  • We currently accept bank transfers or PayPal (more options coming soon).

Delivery

  • Estimated build and delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or parts availability.

  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

Warranty

  • All custom systems include a 12-month hardware warranty.

Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds are only available under specific conditions.

Limitation of Liability

  • STS Custom Builds is not liable for data loss, indirect damages, or software-related issues.

  • Customers are responsible for regular backups and safe use of their system.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all order information is accurate before submission.

  • Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the system unless agreed in writing, as this may void your warranty.
