How long does a typical build take?

Our typical build turnaround time is around 5–7 business days, depending on parts availability and build complexity. More complex builds, such as custom watercooling or those requiring rare parts, may take longer.

Do you offer warranty on your builds?

Can I get help choosing components?

Absolutely! We provide expert advice to help you select the best components within your budget and requirements.

Do you ship builds or is it local pickup only?

We primarily serve clients in northeast Scotland with free local pickup or drop-off and installation for a small fee. However, shipping options can definitely be accommodated for around £20 to mainland UK and slightly more for further locations. Get in touch for a more personal quote.

Do you provide software installation and setup?

Yes, we offer basic software installation including the operating system, drivers, and essential utilities. Additional software or specific configurations can be arranged for an extra fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, major credit/debit cards, and PayPal payments. Payment terms will be confirmed during your order process.

Can you build PCs for business or commercial use?

Absolutely! We serve both personal and business clients, offering customised builds tailored for office, design, or development needs. Additionally, we provide workplace setup assistance and professional desktop cable management.

What happens if a part is out of stock or delayed?

We will inform you promptly if any parts are unavailable and discuss suitable alternatives or updated timelines to keep your build on track. Unless you specifically request a particular component, we can offer equivalent or higher-quality substitutes to ensure the best performance.

Do you recycle or dispose of old PC parts?

Yes, we provide responsible disposal and recycling services for old components upon request. Additionally, we offer trade-in options with possible cash-back on select parts.
